We handle transfers on modern coaches from airports, railway stations and ports, as well as for city tours, day excursions and tours. We offer coaches with seating capacity of 16-49 passengers. Right from the moment your clients walk out of the airport, Europe Inbound offers ‘meet and greet’ services. From FITs to large groups, we organise transfers from airport to the hotel as also other transfers – sight seeing, transfers to restaurants and back to the hotel, transfers to venue of trade fair or event that the group may have come down for. We provide a modern fleet of deluxe and executive coaches all maintained to the highest standards ain accordance with current safety legislation. The fleet includes some of the best current coach designs with the highest level of interior comfort. Facilities within the coaches include tv, wc, air conditioner, hot water for tea and coffee making and refrigeration


Hotels: Europe Inbound offers a variety of accommodation for groups and individuals. We have an extensive inventory of hotels ranging from 3 star to 5 star hotels. Within our network you can find hotels all over Europe to suit your requirements. Students & Schools: If you’re on a budget student hotels and hostels are a good choice. Students stay in multi bedded rooms which are basic or with en-suite facilities. Leaders stay in singles and twins in accordance with your request. Apartments: If your clients are staying a bit longer, apartments are available in the U.K. and most cities in Europe. These are centrally located and range from 3 star to 5 star.


Tours: Our vast network means we can provide all land arrangements such as hotels, meals, coach services, local guides and tour escorts. We handle large multi-destination tour series as well as customised tours. Our team has vast experience in organising leisure tours, cultural tours and special interest tours in respective countries. We do any combination from London-Paris-Switzerland-Rome to regional tours such as Edinburgh and the Scottish Highlands, Paris and Provence as also Venice-Florence-Rome. Meals: We can recommend and book a variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes and special venues suiting; either local, ethnic or international tastes and to suit all budgets. Specialised dietary requirements for your clients are one of the many aspects that we address regularly.


Guides: We offer professional multilingual guides to provide an excellent insight to your groups. They are also available for extended tours and excursions. In addition we provide tour escorts to groups on European tours. Entrances & Theatre tickets: We can offer preferential rates to all the major tourist attractions and shows including musicals and cabarets. These can be booked prior to the arrival of your groups. Lists of attractions and shows with group prices are available on request. Ferry Crossings: We handle group bookings for ferry crossings as well. Emergencies: Things can go wrong no matter how well we plan. Flights can be delayed and passengers can become ill any day of the year. For this reason, we are available around the clock, 365 days a year.
